I just recently converted some old family photos to jpeg form, to put in my computer. I have featured here my dads 1952 Chevrolet Fleetline two door coupe owned from 1954 to 1956 (his first car). 1956 Chevrolet 150 four door sedan owned from 1956 to 1959 (his first new car). 1957 Pontiac Pathfinder Deluxe four door sedan owned from 1959 to 1970 (his favorite car). All three of these cars were inline six cylinder cars with three speed stick on the tree. The 52 was a 216, the 56 was a 235 and the 57 was a 261 of course. Forgive the condition of some of the photos but after all, they are very old. Some have the date of processing. The photos without dates are 1956 and 1957 for the 56 Chev, 1959, 1960, 1962 and 1964 for the 57 Pontiac. Cheers. George.

Great pictures and a lot of memories there. I guess I will have to start digging cause I know we have some in a drawer. Maybe it could start a new thread of our family cars.

Great car/family pictures George, simpler cars and simpler times. Back then you could tell a Pontiac from a Ford,Ford from a Buick, Buick from a Chev etc etc. Today I cant even tell by the emblem on the hood, they all look the same! Guess thats why they call them the Good Old Days. Thanks for sharing.

I remember my dad well from all the years i knew him as my dad. What he did when he was single............... well that is another matter. Could that 52 Chevy be a mafia staff car?
