Just wondering, I've got a friend who used to have a wrecking business. In with all his leftover parts, he has a 69 2+2 console with shifter and a broken ashtray (in theory). Is there anyone out there who would buy such a thing if I posted it for him, or is it just too obscure?
I imagine he'd want at least $100 for it, maybe more depending on condition, plus shipping if you're not near Richmond. If there's no interest, I won't pester him to dig it out :)
Don't know how much of a worm yet. My friend said tonight that he'll dig it out and take some pictures. He can send them to me and I'll forward them to Howmac. It may or may not be of interest to him. We can only try.
The photos will speak volumes, I imagine !
He also has buckets with emblems from Canadian Pontiacs from the sixties and seventies (among other makes), but trying to get him to go through them is tough. I'd like to see them sold to needy customers, but he's kind of keen on hoarding them. Reminds him of his old vehicles, I guess.
