Factory power antenna on a wagon by the look of it, pretty rare.

My favourite wrecking yard (a few hours from here in Minnesota) has a blue on like this, power antenna, power seat, A/C and power windows. If someone buys this, let me know and I'll put you onto a nice parts car!

Aren't the wheel discs in the back from a Canadian Pontiac ( ie they don't say Pontiac Motor Division )?

Could be a rat rod but by the signs I would say its a Mouse Mobile for sure,Likely has that mouse pee air in it!

Yes, likely. The only two choices are 389 or 421 with the 389 being far more common.
