Not that I've seen ... maybe someone has bodged (I know, an English term) a Chevy one or a 50's Ponti one.

To be honest, I've never liked them on a car ... even cars that have originally came with one.

59-60 seems to be the last years that GM offered a continental kit as an option (from my short memory). Park Lane motors in Sarnia were big with continentals in the day. But don't remember ever seeing a 61 with one. Don't forget that was when  performance became a priority--- 348's and all that stuff

We have a company here in Kelowna that has supplied continental kits around the world since 1976. They duplicate all the old ones and have some on newer style vehicles too.

Tri 5 Chevs looked great with the proper GM continetals as in the picture (note they only extended in the tire area) . The long extended ones looked  terrible. These were most often seen on  F---d's. Don't remember seeing too many on the Mopars

Yes sir, that is where i got my 57 Chev connie kit in 1987, as well as the 56 Chev connie kit i got in 1983. Continental Enterprises in Kelowna, B.C. Mr. Sam Bronstein was the boss there and he was always a pleasure to deal with. From what i remember Sam had a brother that lived in Ontario and i met him once, when i bought the 56 Chev connie kit in 1983. Sam was seen on occasion when he came to some of the bigger Ontario swap meets. Here are the photos of both the 56 and 57 Connie kits that Sam sold to me for both my 56 and 57 Chev's. If you know Sam, please say hello. Cheers. George.
