Need help identifying 455 emblem part # 494475

Hi, anybody know the applications for this emblem. It is Pontiac or Buick. The part # is 494475 group # 8.147  with cast # of 493771.

I just spent some time in the books, but strike 1. No luck. I sure think it looks like a Firebird piece though.

I have a 455 emblem off of a Buick Centurion. I'll have to dig it up and have a look. I'm sure it looks very similar to this one.

...my Pontiac book says , 1974 all , front fender. I think buick used the same one too but don't have a buick book to confirm.

I think that's the only one I didn't look in!

Checked Tempest/Lemans/Grand Prix, also Firebird, also 70 and older full size. Didn't check Ventura because I knew it didn't fit.
