I have seen those exact hubcaps on 64 grand prix spinner and all. As a matter of fact I have only seen that hubcap with a spinner that I can think of. Most 64 GPs have 8 bolts but some that don't have had these
Those spinners do look very similar to the original '64 CS spinners. However, the ones on Phil's car appear to point straight out from the center, not curved as are the ones from my '64 CS. Here are two pictures, one from my '64 CS and the other from a current ad on Ebay for a '64 Pontiac.
not sure what car the hubcaps are from. I thought maybe a 64 custom sport.
