Need sum help/feedback regarding stock front A-arm control bushings Vrs, polyurethane upgrades. Do the polyurethane kits provide a noticeable improvement?
What bushing kit did you choose? Are they a pain in the arse to install? (as opposed to GM stock)
I also want to replace the front ball joints while I've got everything apart. Has anyone chosen the Hotchkis ball joint replacements?

The poly bushings will drive you right up the wall with never ending noise and they are as stiff as hell. Stay with stock bushings and you will be a much happier fellow.

Gotta agree with George here, "Poly" bushings will ride like a "DUMP TRUCK" unless your looking for that ride???? or building a Slalom car or track racer???

I've got poly control arm bushings all the way around, kind of a bit overkill I'd say. Although it does handle nice and tight, fairly firm ride as well. They also don't squeak......yet.
