I'm not sure they are still on line but they all were available freely on line a few years ago. I actually printed them all out from the beginning to the end and still have them. (not sure why) The online verision wouldn't have been as cool as the originals though so sorry you lost em. I'll have to see if I can find where they used to be posted and link it here.
There are some quite significant differences I think between American Charts and Canadian especially in the years when Cabndian Content was kindof new. Some differences were just becuause of different tastes too I think. For instance the Everly Brothers had a Number one in Canada with "Bowling Green" in 1967 when it didn't do anything in the states. Better taste in Canada in my opinion as it was an awesome catchy song.
