A nice old mans car

This one looks like a real sweetheart despite the spraybomb engine overhaul.

Looking at the trunk she seems rustfree!

I just wish I had a big quonset and a pile of money I didn't know what to do with so I could save all these kind of unwanted old creampuffs.  Good thing I don't have either, probably.

Ya, they usually rot around the wheel tubs.

That usually is about the first thing to go so if it's good the rest is probably sound as well

Wow, if that trunk pan is as solid as it looks, and original......

I noticed that the car has an oil bath air cleaner. On six cylinder full-size cars back then it was an option for severe duty. RPO K45. I wonder if it is original, or did someone take it from a truck and install it?

I like the car. Too bad it isn't a manual trans, but it is what it is. It looks solid and unmolested.
