Heater control switch assembly. Removed from my 62 Parisienne parts car. Just checked with a meter, and I get continuity between top and middle pins in "low" position. Continuity between top and bottom pins in "med" position, but no continuity between top pin and top right in "High" position.
Makes me think this will work on low and medium, but no high speed fan.
Levers all move freely. Chrome is fair with some scratching, pitting and a bit of black paint rubbed off.
Might be okay for most daily drivers. I'm trying to get $20 plus shipping.
Canada Post from Richmond BC to Toronto M3A1A1 is under $15 if you don't want insurance. To Calgary is about $13 without insurance.
