1968 SD Convertible

I just saw this one listed on Ebay. Does this car belong to a member here? It will be an interesting one to watch.

When you hit shipping charges it won't give a Canadian shipping charge only US shipping won't take postal code only zip code?

Being sold in Canada you think they would give shipping rate and I believe its cheaper to ship it out west than flight and to drive it back?

I don't think I've ever seen a shipping rate on a car      If you can afford this car (and I hope you can)  you won't worry about 3-4 grand to ship in a enclosed trailer

The car will be over 35,000.00

As said above the car was in the corral at Carlisle. Owner is from Ottawa area if my memory is correct.
Spoke with the owner and he is aware of CP and has logged on but it didn't sound like he participates much.

What was the price at Carlisle? If I wasn't poor I would be bidding on it. It would look nice sitting beside my car.

I checked out a few places for shipping vehicles by truck - $1,650.00 and by train - $1,550.00 this was from Toronto - Kamloops, BC average price. If I lived across the country from where the car was I would rather ship it this way than get on a plain fly to Toronto then drive for 3 - 4 days back to where I live, motels, meals and a risk of an accident no brainer to me.

Cool car for sure! Looks to be missing the side trim though-maybe the fella has it.The car needs a little better description though. Is it me or is the rear side marker light too high on the panel? I think it is supposed to line up with the SD trim.Again very cool car but you would think a little more information would have been better to save from answering hundreds of questions.Maybe he isn't trying too hard to sell it-not sure.
