Those are for a 1965 Corvair Monza. With a medallion change they would also be right on a 65 Corvair 500 or Corsa, plus a 1966 Chevy II with 13" wheels.

Very cool. Oddly enough, I just got back from looking at an old early sixties Corvair for sale. Neat cars. Still thinking on it.
