That car is a couple blocks away from me and I know the owner, he rolled it out of the garage just this weekend after being stored for 10 years, going to get going on it. Its originally from South Carolina and was a 283 car. He's got a brand new 502 on the shipping crate in the garage, along with a 1969 Z/28 that was his father's car.
You should did this car/driver a favour and performed the pit maneuver on it. Once it was immobilized in the ditch, take off the rims and destroy them.

A couple of nice old pickups out and about on Hwy. #93 Midland Ontario Saturday morning. Chevy at Canadian Tire, GMC at Rona. Now you know how I spend my Saturday morning too.
That's a pretty nice looking wagon, saw a caprice Estate wagon this morning in great shape late 80's but its hard to navigate Toronto rush hour and take pics.
Here's a 1970 that I think the boys have picked apart on here before, looks to be at a restoration shop in Scarborough. I never go there but 65Camino does and he snapped it for us.

Pulled in to this grocery store to see this old Buick and talked to the owner of this daily driver , 69 Skylark Custom. He's owned since 1969 ! It a 350 AC car.
Check out that old style Ontario plate, must be on the car for decades.

One repaint, still in original family. Mileage is just under the century mark. Said he doesn't bring it out much. Spoke to owner but he has no interests in computers. Pity.
While talking to the owner of this hdtp I found out that another friend, of model A and older stuff fame, has a 69 Beaumont convertible that he's going to start restoring.
