 The 1973 issued plates actually had a "73" stamped in one of the top corners.

 My ten cents is that beaky bird has been owned by the same person since around 1980.

 Where is the snow by the way! I have four feet on my front lawn, and am only 400 km away.

I got his spare and made it into a chair for my first apartment (17 years oldbiggrin).  The back comes in 3 sections.

 First one for me too. The young guy had the engine beefed up pretty good too. It had a wicked idle.
