I was picking up my impala radiator at the re-core shop when I spied this. I asked them about it and its its a customer's car and they said they were stuck waiting on front end parts. Nice to see it will be fixed.

Helping my sister move, she gave me this picture of my Dads 40 Ford convertible with my 2 daughters sitting on the running board, they are now 45 and 43!!
The 75 Nova behind it was my first new car. I ordered it with a 3 speed automatic for the wife, it had tinted glass, a 350, posi, ps, p.s. It was a 2 barrel, traded a 1973 super beetle on it. Since converted the wife to 3 pedals, we have 3 vehicles, all with 3 pedals.

Broken lower ball joint I assume? I've heard of it happening, and I know they wear fast, but have never seen it. Hope all is well with it.

Dad sold it and a 40 Ford pickup to a museum in the Netherlands in the late 90s. They shut down a few years ago and about 450 Fords sold at auction. They had fords from the earliest to the 50s and of every model so trucks, cars, fire trucks, you name it.

This 63 recently went up for auction at Bryan's Auctions in Puslinch and sold for 12,500. I think it was well bought.

There were some unusual car there, including this really solid looking 63 Parisienne with a 4 speed. No idea of the engine size but the body and interior looked great.

I love these pickups. This guy rumbles by my place every day at 10 m.p.h. Havent talked to him yet on the power train but he has made a great choice for his exhaust system.
I dropped off my old 06 Murano at a little hole in the wall body shop that was referred to me for a couple touch ups. Nice little line up of their work lined up outside.
I am only a fan of one generation of Corvettes, that generation and on them, I have a favourite hood, that hood! Nice car!
Likewise. Nice 'vette.

Yesterday morning I drove my wife to work at the dealership. When we pulled on the yard I went what??? We don't get many old cars in like this, it's almost always late model stuff, even though the shop has some car guys working there.
Apparently a guy who worked as a tech there many years ago (I think I worked there with him about a dozen years, he was a tech) bought this car and had it there for a safety. He lost his dad many years ago but clearly his dad influenced this decision because dad had a white 67 Caprice, black vinyl top back in the 80's. I checked this one out, 327/TH400, column shift with a gold Strato Bench interior. I'm looking forward to talking to Mike some day to find out more of the details.
