His description doesn't match the listing heading.  Description mentions used 350V emblems with no speed nuts.

FYI - this is the same vendor that's been trying to sell a pair of 70 350V emblems for the past year or two. He's been asking for varying amounts for them, up to $600 - 700 US.   I just tried asking a question to tell him his description doesn't match the listing, but it won't let me which is odd.

I see the vendor has the NOS 454V emblems listed for $1799 US:
