Yep, agree. Just found it unusual to see a top of the line Parisienne without those two items.
I know the Frankford area well. I wonder if it has stayed it's whole life there? I can't make out the rear dealer emblem.

I'm sure it states western Canada car in the ad, have been in that area myself pretty much all my life do not recall seeing but then did not pay much attention either.
My wife and I visited Quinte in the end of September. I noticed that car as we were driving back home. There was no For Sale sign on it that I could see.
