It looks solid besides the "demo-derby damage".

Looks to be some potential there, but I think it will be a money pit.  If it was stored inside for those 15 years there is some hope that the undercarriage isn't rotted out, but there will still be significant damage repair to be done regardless.

Then, sitting for 15 years will bring about a whole bunch of other stuff that needs to be replaced.  Really would need to be looked at in person to know if it's worthwhile as a project.

Would be tempting if it were closeby, but the sensible part of my brain says "stay away"....
