Looks like  beauty, been for sale for almost a month now. 327 was the top engine in 1962 so when he describes this as top of the line he's right on.

I know it seems crazy but I have to agree, I doubt that the market will support that much money for that car right now.

I say it's crazy because to restore one (and then you have a restored car, not an original) would cost a lot more than that. Time will tell on this one I guess.

Nice car. Think it should be 8-9 on a good day. Just no money out there for old cars anymore.

I didn't say it wasn't worth 16k. I don't like the price because I can't afford it!

No offence intended    I was speaking of "market Value"      Most of our cars are priceless ......

Agreed worth maybe 8,000 on a good day. I'm a realist too. My 348 tri power, stick, posi bubbletop 61 might be worth 8000 on a good day maybe 10,000. I love it and only have 4500 in it so it's all good, and never for sale! Hey people can ask what they want it's free country! It just doesn't mean they're gonna get it! If I wanted that car I would just wait till enough people piss him off with lowball offers then go look at it in a few months when its still for sale!

Sorry man, no factory 4 speeds in Canada till 63. Same goes for 09 cars and SS cars.

Why would adding a four speed up the value ? If I'd buy this car I'd put a 5 speed in it.
