Stuck Clock

Now I see my clock on the dash of my 65 the seconds indicator sticks right at the clock hands, I know this is common as my other 65 did the exact same thing, I'm sure there have been previous threads on this subject? Any way of fixing this? Move the hands and it works but stops after one rotation.Guess pulling it out and cleaning it up is a start, will do that when I do the dash resto. All help appreciated on this.

Now it seems I have a stuck solenoid, anyone know of a good after market starter, saw Powermaster makes some good ones.

If it was mine I'd just buy a solenoid. They are simple to change and a lot cheaper than a starter.

The other worry would be that most of those new starters are likely Chinese made.
