Just me but a lot of $$$ for a driver, even if a true SD. Wonder what the underside looks like, see a couple of patches in the trunk. Not an expert on these cars by any means but I'm thinking 6-7g max considering it needs everything except maybe paint and that's an if. Would be worth him/her getting GM docs on the car. For the cost docs to show a true SD may get him more $$.

Looks good from afar, but far from good.

You have a good point Barry......this is one popular car, looking on U.S. side at the similar Novas shows

not much is this cheap at $10,000 Canadian.....I think we are once again going to lose a lot of Canadian cars to U.S. buyers this year.

You can not ignore the value of the  US $ ...... . Bringing cars  & parts up from the USA are now costing 40% more .  Collector car market is soft here in Canada and no buyers . At least there are buyers in the US , as their economy has picked up .

Yes.... Canadian collector cars here are going to go south in great #'s very soon . For myself , it's time to reconsider my own financial exposure in this hobby , and capitalize on this opportunity.  I just can't ignore the 40% exchange rate

I agree if the $12,000 asking is CDN then maybe $8,000 USD.  That would be a decent price for a driver with some bodywork required.  I know this is not a popular opinion but I still see a lot of basis against the Canadian cars here in the states.  My recent purchase is a 66 Canso with a 66 Nova grille, Canso scripts on the quarters and a Canso trunk panel.  I'm not going to change the front trim to Canso.  I personally like the appearance of the Nova grille over the Canso so why change?  I think that is also the consensus, at least here in the states.  After years of showing the 63 Acadian SD and then the 62 Acadian Wagon, I will build this one as half CD and half US that will probably upset everyone.

IMO, the value of the 66-67 models versus the 62-65 Acadians and Novas is about 40%.  That is why I agree with the value on this 67.

I would check this one carefully.

Lots of patches in the trunk, so likely lots more rust under the floors etc. Gotta be real careful with 1st/2nd gen Nova/Acadian. Trunk.jpg

Good eye there Carl! I was thinking it's about $7500 tops, if you want one of these. I'm thinking of jumping on the USA bandwagon in the spring to move 2 or 3 cars that I have sitting. I'm only an hour from Michigan, and can price the cars cheaper than a USA seller will.
A low Canuck buck isn't good, but you might as well take advantage of it if you can.
