You still have the "correct" oval inserts for the rims (not the round ones)
I have a set of 4 of those Keystones from the same era with the same center caps. I would have preferred the early machined "K" caps but oh well. I bought them years ago from a guy that ran them on a 66 Skylark. When I asked about the oval inserts for the lug nuts he just looked at me funny. I had to go out and source them myself. I ordered them through Karbelt.
