What's the best way to come up with a $6,500 car?

Find a $13,000 one and take it apart!

Looks like the ad is gone. Even put together in good shape it's only a $3000 dollar car. Hopefully he sold it !

$3k for the finished version of that car is a ridiculously low number.

WOWWWWEEEEEEEEE.......... So what you are saying is that 57 Pontiac's are really worth nothing, nothing at all. By the way, what do you figure your car is worth? Just to satisfy my wondering. Cheers. George

Rene, you and i can not be the only ones shaking their heads at some of the very misinformed comments, regarding 57 Pontiac's. Cheers. George

I agree...a 4dr. no post car has an unique roof-line...top-of-the line car next to the vert for that year
(oh by the way a elcamino doesn't even come close to value to a 4dr. hardtop of the same year IMHO)

Maybe the '57 "model kit" isn't worth 65 hundred, (even though it looked very solid, had some great spare parts/chrome, and had a lot of work done on it) but a finished '57 is worth a lot more than 3 Gs.
