Soooo, I took my RF turn signal apart as there was a hornets nest or some kind of insect infestation In there, and when I took the bezel off the lense, I noticed it's all splotchy, any suggestions on painting it?, would engine aluminum or silver hold up to the heat from a bulb as it was or looked to be silver previously???
I was thinking high heat engine paint so the heat from the bulb wouldn't blister the paint , I've done headlights in a Pontiac G5 before but just did the surrounds not in where the bulbs sits and it worked perfect Cus it doesn't get hot enough, just warm enough to bake the paint, I can't imagine it getting up to 1000 degrees in there so hopefully the engine paint should be fine ! :)
Unfortunately I don't have an Eastwood dealer around here anymore, fella used to sell out of his garage, but he packed up ship and moved to NB , love their products, and unless you're a dealer extremely difficult to ship chemicals as I'm sure you're aware
I thought they would ship rattle cans.
Go onto their site and somewhere near the bottom you'll find something about Canadian distributors. Seems to me last time I looked there was at least 1 in every province.
