'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
That looks nice! Kinda unique that it retains its original 3-speed manual transmission as I would imagine most of those got swapped out for a 4-speed over the years.
It's funny that I was really disappointed when they moved the GTO to the X-body line for '74 - I thought what a shame that the GTO became this. Now I quite like them, I think it's a cool package. Though perhaps it would have been better to let the GTO name RIP and call it the Ventura GT or something, though.
Totally awesome car Todd.
Even if it has been repainted it still oozes originality.
Hopefully he left the Edlebrock manifold in the carton and didn't jack around with the motor.
How far is Upper Kingsclear from you?
Upper Kingsclear is about 4 hours from my location.

I had the dealer poster on my bedroom wall back in '74, see below. The concept started out as Ventura Formula X, see below, at the same time they had a LeMans Formula X as well but that ended up as the Can Am.
Hey that's cool, Ray! I've seen the Formula X pics before but never really thought about it enough to make the connection.
Ventura Formula would have been cool - heck if the musclecar days had continued longer maybe they could have adapted the neat twin-scoop hood from the Firebird Formula to it...
Gotta love those retouched brochure photos - they always made me want it!
The 1973 Omega could be optioned with an Olds Rocket 350 4bbl as the only V8 option. It was rated at 180 HP in 1973 so the Omega so equipped was a rocket.
