I have the same Acadian emblem......bought at a thrift store.....

I believe it is the trunk emblem for a 1964 Beaumont....

Looked up 3399405 in the Beaumont parts book and it isn't there. The book shows 5733752 for the piece on the back of the 1964 Beaumont.

Similar emblem 5773789 is in the Acadian book for 1962
