This is GM of Canada Original Part console clock delete plate in original box part number 3394691 with original bill of sale 49 years ago April 19th 1967 the previous owner drill 2 1/8 inches drill holes in the plate as seen in the picture, beautiful colour graphics. I believe the correct fix in repair the holes is some black rubberized caulking from the back. No mounting hardware $75.Shipping is available upon request pay with Interac or PayPal
