Driveshaft Safety Loop

Has anyone installed or had any experience with driveshaft safety loops  for a 68 Beaumont. Preferably a bolt on unit and not through the floor boards. I have tried a few universal ones but without success.

I've got one that was on a 70 Chevelle. It bolts on with the two mount bolts. I could take a

picture of it if you'd like to see it.

Clever solution, and it fits the 65-67 B Body! I think I'll contact them. Thanks for the link.

Yep, it works great.....you just need to know which one best fits your application. I installed this one on a 1969 Chevelle.

Very nice. Homebuilt or manufactured?

Because it appears to slot in between the trans flange and mount, I'm assuming it raises the tail equal to the part thickness? Or do I have it wrong?

Thank-you for all of the replies. I was interested to see how the one from Caruso would work. I have sent Steve an email with my configuration.

Your welcome.I think you'll be very happy with Steve's safety loop.

On a side note here Hey Postsedan are your headers Mickey Thompson Super Scavengers?

The collectors look a lot like mine.

Well back to square one again, here is the response I got from Caruso.

"I am no longer making these. I have no stock remaining for Chevelle style."
