I think I am safe saying the current market for cars like this will not support a price anywhere near the listed price. If it was a low mileage, all original, everything numbers matching, never restored or modified, then maybe. There's a whole pile of work under the hood to make it original again.
Not that I don't like the car, it's over the top for cool factor, and has documentation, a big plus.

$20-25,000 as is, assuming it doesn't need an engine or other major rebuild? I am not up on these cars much either, but a 427 car is rare in any GM and a 4 speed in a full size in these years is also rare.

FYI - I took a quick look at the car on Sunday. I checked the engine stamping, it's a 454 block that has an internally balanced 396 or 427 crank in it, which would make it 427 cubic inches. But it's not a 427 block.
