My first thought is with the victims and their families. My next thought is the spate of regulations / legislation that's bound to come from this terrible tragedy.

Not meaning to derail this thread as the 3 lives were very precious.
However, did want to point out that there is the SVAO ( Specialy Vehicle Association of Ontario ) who is in constant communication with MTO and Enviro folks about forth coming legislation. If you remember a while back there was a thread about traffic tickets and your not being able to fight them. Well the legislation has been shelved because some of us and the SVAO spoke up. Similar organizations exist in other provinces.
