That car has been discussed here in the past. I can't find the thread but the pictures I saved from that thread are dated March 19, 2015.
GM Canada was known for some different colour combos than in the U.S. Burgundy with Cortez Silver is a Canadian exclusive back in 1969. While that car is Burgundy with a Silver roof, I recall seeing the reciprocal scheme on a 1969 Biscayne 2-door way back in the early 1970s in Ancaster. It was Cortez Silver with a Burgundy 2-tone on the roof. I also remember seeing a1964 Parisienne coupe back in 1974 that was in darn near showroom condition that was being driven slowly and carefully by an old man. That car was Flame Red with Sateen Silver on the roof.
As for the 69 2+2, I quickly threw some stripes on it with Paintshop Pro:

There are some rare options on that car, especially the Light Monitor system. The rear belts could have been ordered new but I think they were added later. I call BS on the stripe delete thing.

'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
I like the car, so many original details that I reference when I start on the rebuild of mine. Sure hope it goes to a new home that will continue to preserve it.
