1954 Pontiac help needed

I have just purchased a 1954 Pontiac Chieftain ( I think Canadian) and I need some knowing advice on some parts that is required for now. The car is a 2-door hardtop. Parts required are a trunk lid, a driver door and a back window glass. I know of a 1953  American Chieftain that is available for parts. The help needed is will the parts on the 1953 fit on the 1954.

Another note: Will the back window out of a 1954 Chev 210 4-door fit into the 1954 Pontiac?

 Not if your car is a 2 door hardtop. Sedans and hardtops do not share the same glass.

welcome here!!

We need to know if it is a Canadian or US.

The rear glass is the same as a Chevy hardtop 53-54, or US 53-54 hardtop. The door too. The trunk lid vary between model and years.

A 54 chevy 210 4 doors doesn't have the same  rear glass as the hardtop, not to mention the front one doesn't fit too.

Send pictures??

Fitz.

I'll be picking up the car next week due to the drenching rain forecast here in Sask. starting tomorrow morning and going through the weekend. I'll get the pics then and post them. Thanks for the help so far. Much appreciated.

I just picked up a hood and some engine parts for my 53 Pathfinder from a place in Central Manitoba

http://www.vavavoomgarage.com/

He had couple '54 Chiefs there when we were looking around, both 4 doors, and a bunch of Chevys.

According to the Hollander Interchange Manual (only covers US models unfortunately):

Trunk Lid -> Pontiac '54 Cheif 2 & 4 dr Sdn
Drivers door -> Chev '53 - '54 all 2 dr Sdn. Bus. & Club Cpe, Pontiac '53 - '54 all 2 dr Sdn
Back Glass -> Chev '53 210 & Bel Air 2&4 dr Sdn, Chev '54 2&4 dr Sdn, utility, Pontiac "53 - '54 2&4 dr Sdn
