Got some 5/8 drywall for the ceiling today, scissor trusses are engineered and on order. 3 more weeks delivery for the trusses which will put us at above zero temperatures. Minus 28C with the windchill tonight in Winnipeg Canada. Been a cold spring, good for garage upgrades.
Got my Drywall ceiling done and installed new two piece scissor trusses over my lift. gained 29" at the peak and the lift goes all the way up now. Insulated and electrical done, just need to add vapour barrier tonight. Drywall will be in the winter, time for the paint booth to go up.
Here is the dash color and the final Ice pearl white. Got a couple of bikes to paint then it's reassemble time. This car is pretty nice. Might be the nicest 62 Acadian Beaumont in Manitoba. Or the only one.
If your projects are going way to smoothly just do what I did. Purchase a Porsche and try and get it running. It's a Porsche 944 which apparently means there is 944 things wrong with it.
Beautiful car. In the mid 70s a friend had a 63 Acadian rag top. Black with a white top and red interior. It was a 194 three on the wheel and quite a blast to drive. It was reasonably quick with the standard trans but the car was quite rotten in the mid seventies which was the norm in south eastern Ontario.
Nice! I saw on another site that you had finished it. I posted there that you need to watch the lounge here and next time we meet somewhere for coffee, come and show it off.
And also I'd like to say "Feature Car" for this site.
