Hi guys
My car has the 4 link rear end.
The pan hard bar has the big end and the little end .
Is this right?
I have heard there is a panhard bar that has a big end on both ends??
The axle is 12 bolt.
I'm wondering if the panhard on my car is incorrect.
It looks "short"
Both rear coils look like there "pulled" the to the drivers side.
Anybody have any ideas?
Someone long ago made this convertible up out of 2 cars.
What should the Centre to Centre length on the panhard be?also the rear of the car slumps slightly to the passenger side.
Drives really nice.....
Lot of questions I know...
Thanks guys
Yes, it should have one large end and one small end. The large end bolts to the diff. Station Wagons had a panhard bar with 2 small ends (I'm sure I had one here somewhere, but don't recall taking one off a station wagon). I'll measure one of my spare bars this afternoon and get you a centerline to centerline distance.
Spring may also not installed correctly, two different springs, I installed an adjustable panhard bar.

And as far as the springs being different... They must be a left and right???
If I want to replace the springs what should I go with ?
Moog??
Thanks again guys

The rear springs are the same left and right. I think what koolconvertible meant was maybe someone installed two different springs instead of two of the same. You should be able to get some Moog springs for your ride. I went with Moog on my 70 Parisienne, had to go with what they call "Cargo Coils". They look a bit different as they're made to handle heavier loads, but work fine. Moog part # CC601.
