"the 409 is worth what im asking and im not splitting anything up so don t ask". Really!!! People need to lay off the drugs when posting on any ad site. 409's aren't that rare as they came in trucks and I personally know where there is a row of decommissioned cement trucks all with '09's in them! There's nothing you can't buy for them even if you wanted to stroke one(Z-11). I think he wants to get rich fast.......,

He lost me with the first five words: "What you are reading here".
Anytime I read something like that "What we have here is"... or whatever... it just sounds like some kind of slimy sales pitch, like they have to tell us, the unwashed masses, what a great thing they have there, and what an opportunity they are giving you, out of the goodness of their hearts... the chance to buy this amazing car, at a fraction of its value, that you can turn around and sell for $50,000 at Barrett Jackson... etc etc etc.
Yes, step right this way and you can have the chance to buy this "easy restoration" "barn find" "diamond in the rough" for mere pennies. All you have to do is spend $100,000 restoring it and you can sell it for $50,000!
This RARE RARE RARE 409 Pontiac (which isn't actually a real 409 car) is the deal of the century! All you have to do is... everything!
Just more of the stupid crap that has been tainting our hobby since the age of the internet and free selling sites came about.

There... Glad I got that out of my system!
That was cheaper than buying a Snickers.

For me it was, but you all had to read it!
I always like reading your posts. Especially about "old man" cars.
Wanna buy a sorta SUPER RARE sorta 409 '64 Parisienne convertible, originally from sorta RUST-FREE Nova Scotia?
'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Ahhh the SUPER RARE version with composite body materials!
Funny about the rust free Nova Scotia car thing. As we all know Nova Scotia is one of the worst areas for rust (along with PEI and NL). I've seen a few ads for cars for sale here that say "Ontario car" in much the same way that an Ontario ad would say "California car"...
