looking for a 64 parisienne hood to mod

hi guys if anyone has or knows of a full size 64 parissiene hood available (not sure if there's a difference but my cars a hardtop) I would love to get my hands on one to do some things with a scoop I've been hanging on to. I don't want to molest my original one so I have to find a spare thanks!

cool.  I have an original fomoco scoop from a 69 mustang that has a real low and sleek profile.  I know its sacrilegious to put Ford parts on a Poncho but does it ever look trick when I rest it on my existing hood.

Actually the Super Duty scoops of the early '60s Pontiacs (like mine) were off of F**d dump trucks.biggrin

I'll keep and eye out for you this summer and PM you if I find one where the guy is reasonable.  Its if from a car guy,... the price around Manitoba can be anywhere from $100-$200.  If it's from one of these "old wreckers" who thinks everything he has is gold,... you could easily be up to $750 plus.  What happens out here a lot is that the old wreckers that still have some old cars are pack rats who really don't want to sell anything,. unless you want to pay a stupid crazy price.  Then they die,.. and their kids call in the crusher right after the funeral and everything gets shredded.  I seen once place,... the old guy had probably around 900 cars.,.. everything from the mid 40s-early 70s.  They called in the mobile shredder from Winnipeg,.... 3 months later,..everything single car was gone and the house bulldozed.  All those cars went into probably 10,000 Toyotas.

Anyway,..I'll PM you if I find one in my travels this summer.
