Try Jim's Polishing & Chrome in Scarbourgh Ont. friend had frt. bumper done there, did a great repair & chrome. Think they adv. in Old Autos? or google them.

yea found it took the transport with 53 foot trailer down there slept on his front door.

gave him my 8 spears that go on the bottom of my fenders and also gave him my 2 headlight besels to rechrome its not cheap

Thought I'd revive this linkj and yet I thought there was something more recent but couldn't find it. While picking up my block and parts from Nova Automotive we on the subject of rechroming. The owner highly recommended Alberta Plating out of Calgary, said he uses them a lot and always very pleased with the results and price. I called them and the prices I was quoted was about 45% of what I was getting from a Halifax guy who was sending it to Montreal. Does anyone have any experience with Alberta Plating?

I used them for the bumpers, tail light housings and some emblems. I was very happy with the results since the bumpers were so bent and beat up when I took them in, but they got them near perfect.

When I rebuilt/restored my 70 GTO decades ago I had them redo the bumper. Not sure if Monte remembers me but he always says hi and is friendly when I see him when he strolls through spring swap meet in Regina.
