Needing to replace the (ignition) wiring in my 66 Beaumont A/T console. With the Beaumont dash being that of a GTO and the console of a Chevelle, I'm thinking that the replacement console harness should simply be that of a Chevelle (such as this one:https://www.npdlink.com/store/products/chevelle_harness_console_oe_style_repro-113266-7304.html )
I can't prove it right now but if it's console only I would think it would be identical to Chevelle. The only difference that I know of is the clock face and that sure won' t affect the wiring.
Dash harness would be a different story for sure.

Thanks Carl. That's also my assumption, at least at the console end. (If per chance I require more length or a different connection end under the dash, I should be able to mod.)
But I guess we'll see!
That looks close to the harness in my console except for a missing connector. There's one connector for the neutral safety switch and a second one for the reverse lights. The two loose wires might be for the second one.
Two light sockets of which only one is used for the shift position indicator. I guess the second one would be for a clock that doesn't exist in the 66 Beaumont. The orange and white pair are for the light at the rear of the console.
Looks like the one!

My understanding was that the standards had clocks in the console as did the Chevelle's. And yes, that the colour was perhaps a little lighter, or a little more blue? This is all third-hand though.
However... when scouring some past threads I came across pictures of a black 66 SD factory 4 speed, 396 which I believe was understood to be original. I'm pretty sure it did not have a clock in the console. I'll see if I can find the thread...
