Adelaide Australia Extreme Auto Show

Hello all from Adelaide Australia!

The car show season has well and truly kicked off Down Under and I thought I would post some photos of a show and cruise I attended on the weekend. (Not in my Pontiac, still being restored)

Pontiac was well represented!

See if you can spot some Aussie Muscle Cars!

The highlight was the "Zippel" Cruise which attracted more than 400 American/Canadian Muscle Cars and Hotrods  http://zipsautogallery.net/zips/

The Zippel cruise nights in Adelaide are legendary and were started in 1988 by Grant Zippel and a small group of friends to meet together for a cruise and a chat.

These cruises are now so big (Hundreds of Cars) that they are not open to the public and as a member you are informed of the planned route only the day or hours before the event.

Hope you Enjoy

Thanks for the pictures. Lots of Pontiacs! Love the Holdens, Monaros etc. Did some Oz cars come with shortwave radios as an option?
