15 inch plain steel wheel code

So my wheels are coded as follows:

6 (valve stem) 19 TJ, what are they off? They are 15 X 7  and 5 X 4.75, thought they were off a 71 Nova SS, but from what I can find when I check that out, I don't see anything in a 71 Nova that had 15 inch wheels?

Found one place that said 70 Monte Carlo for the TJ, but I also saw where they went up to 1990, which would likely mean an Impala or the like? Just curious.
