Yes, those are correct for 66 Canadian Deluxe seat belts. I tried to restore mine and failed. I had a good friend make some for me at his sign shop. They look great IMO.
Huh-I have never seen them as the deluxe belts-all the deluxe seat belts I have pulled out of cars had the stainless buckles-not the plastic ones.Canadian cars included.
Not sure what models these apply to but these are correct for Deluxe seat belt in Canadian built 66 Novas and Cansos. The standard belt was all plastic.
Both the standard & Deluxe belts for 1966 differed between the U.S. & Canada. As far as I know, the Canadian style belts were used in all Canadian GM car lines, so Canadian Chevelles & Beaumonts, big Chevrolets & Pontiacs, certain Canadian-produced Oldsmobiles & Buicks.
