Im looking for a project car/daily driver. Budget is $6000. May go higher if car is worth it and I really like it. I am in Ontario, but am willing look Into having a car hauled here if need be.
Must be 2dr, no convertibles.
My main car in the want list has always been a 66 Pontiac (Parisienne, Grand Parisienne, Bonneville, those styles). Second is a 69 Beaumont. I also like Rivieras, Montegos, 67/71 Ford Galaxies, the oddball type of classics.
if anyone has any suggestions, would much be appreciated. Thank you kindly,
Mike

I have my eye on a project car in Canada and if I buy it, my 1966 Chevy Biscayne would be for sale. Car is rust free original, 2 dr sedan with the original 283 V-8 powerglide trans. Paint is complete but a little dull from age. Fawn interior is complete and original with no rips or tears.
If your talking 6k CDN, I can't get that low. If it was $6,000 USD, we might not be too far apart. Price would primarily depend on whether or not I was buying the other project.
If I get home and the deal falls through, I will pull the 283 and get going on the plan I had for the Biscayne. I have a built 454 BBC, turbo 400 trans & cooler, factory 12 bolt with 4 link suspension. I also have a front disc brake kit for the Biscayne. Autometer monster tach w/shift light and 3 gauge panel.
I'm in Florida now but going home to Michigan next week and I have an enclosed trailer for delivery.
