An excellent event for sure but just too expensive to enter at the gate on the day.

it is an excellent event with door prizes drawn all day long each day. The Friday night event is a separate event in downtown Oshawa. They close off King St st 3.00 PM for the cars to assemble and have a band playing at the 4 corners pretty much all night. Friday night is F R E E so you get to see many of the cars that will pay to go to Autofest. Lots of cars and lots of spectators. There is a parking garage at the east end of where they block off King street. multilevel parking is free after 5.00 PM......might be free due to the event.?.?? hockey games it is 5.00 flat fee. The Blu Impala will be there. Have a new wiper motor that has a delay function built into it. Come and check it out. Cliff

I would love to go but i.m up north in gaulais river north of the soo at my new house.its to bad its the frist time I missed in decades but I rather watch lake superior and drinking a cold one

I went all 3 days. Friday night was packed. on Sunday I got more than I bargained for.... bent over to tie my shoe lace., lost my balance and landed on the curb. straightened myself up and returned to my lawn chair for a couple of hours. difficulty getting up or moving around. had help to pack up car and stopped at our local McDonald's for a washroom break and had much difficulty just getting to the door. the manager knows me and enquired where I had hurt.myself. she saw that I was in pain and could barely walk and called an ambulance Hospital took 5 xrays and said nothing broke. Sunday morning I get a call to return to hospital for further assessment. Took a ct scan and revealed arthritis and a minor crack in my pelvis. no surgery... just rest have an appt with fracture clinic Sept 6 got a Walker and will burn the wheels off it. Some pain but liveable. Cliff

Motor Fest too, as it went from "free" to $ 15 [I think last year with new promoters] & maybe more this year? " NO CARS no SHOW" who has the investment? & who's raking in the cash?? I'll make a donation if I can at shows or cruise. 50/50 not too sure about where the "other half goes" but know for sure "some" use it to pay dis-jockey & expenses!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I agree with Pete, except on the Stouffville Motor Fest. That is one show i will not miss and well worth $15.00. Cheers.
