Obviously you have no paypal account.

You can check with your bank about getting setup for an electronic funds transfer.

You can check if someone on the site in that area would collect the money for you and send it to you.

You can get him to mail you a money order and tell him you will hold the parts until you've cashed the money order, then ship them.

The interac transfer works real well for inside Canada, using the major banks.

Just a very small fee depending on your account.

I just got my PayPal account "Pay Me" function working for the Door Panels I shipped to the US.

That transaction cost me $4.23 USD

Just make sure you know the guy if you do an Interac e-transfer. I made a deal on some vintage die-cast that were in Kijiji with a guy in Ontario a couple of months ago. Seemed like a real straight shooter - answering all my questions and sending photos on the individual models as I requested etc. I sent a good chunk of money via-e-transfer and never heard from him again. I had his phone number but since it's a cell I couldn't trace it. Kijiji did not reply to my complaint. I filed a fraud claim at my bank (Interac says this is what you do if you get stiffed) and I got a nice form letter from them saying it wasn't fraud because I gave him the conformation password for the transfer. I figured there was no sense going to the cops as they likely wouldn't give me the time of day. First time in about 15 years of buying online that I got ripped off. My own fault for being too trusting. If I do it again I'll use Paypal as they have better policies if you get ripped off.

Best way to sell stuff is if you are paid by e-transfer because the buyer can't scam you and get his money back by saying he never got the item (or cash like Marshall did here)

Best way to buy stuff is using paypal (because they ALWAYS side with the buyer and give him his money back in the event of a dispute)

And on Canadian Poncho, my experience has been nothing but good aside from one small hiccup way back when and that member was banned a while later.

The old school way is often the best (especially if one of the parties is challenged with technology), as it worked for probably better part of 100 years.

Have him send you a postal money order for the entire amount including shipping. That way he can verify whether the money order has been cashed or not. When you receive the money order, cash it, and then send him the parts.

Never had an issue with Etransfer. Works well. What I like is no waiting for money. All you need is an email and a bank account.

I like buying with paypal if I don't know the buyer.

I hate selling and getting paypal if I don't know the buyer. I've read about way too many scammers buying, signing that they received the parcel and then disputing it with paypal and getting their money back plus keeping the parts.

When you get scammed and have an email or cel number, no reason not to pass that info on to the next scammer you hear from? Post the info anywhere you can that will attract unwanted contact.
I use e transfer all the time for selling stuff, never pay fees.
