Anybody need a 70 Pontiac frame or any convertible parts?

There is a 70 Pontiac convertible that is available here in town that I think has a real decent frame.  I looked at it a year ago and the price has since dropped so am tempted to pick it up for parts if there is any interest in it.  Not interested in keeping it for 3 years.

With you fellows looking for the rams and pump are you not best off getting repros or aren't they available. I know for my A body you can buy each piece of the system including lines and even switches. I am in Kelowna but come out to Edmonton occasionaly and have a buddy building a McDonalds just out of Edmonton right now so know ways of transportation if needed.

I don't really need anything in particular, but always on the lookout for:
- the plastic filler piece that extends forward from the radiator support to the nose of the car.
- good rocker panel trim pieces. I think in 70 they went to aluminum, but stainless would be nice.
- rear lower control arm cups that hold the bottom of the coil spring.
- a decent dash.
- a decent steering wheel.
- sandalwood driver's interior door panel.

- and always, always, always on the lookout for a good heater control.   The fake woodgrain typically cracks.

'B' body pump won't fit in an 'A' body' it installs totally different. Check www hydro-e-lectric.com. Great people and all is reproduced for you car. Just order Impala.
