Looks like a good one (from the outside anyway). i almost think this might be an estate sale as the seller doesn't even mention the make or give many details about the car. Price seems good if it's as solid as it looks.
I don't really know, its one picture and it is an economy car from 1970 with a 300 HP V8 engine and nice trim. I like the car immensely, its got a lot going for it judging by the picture. I know old cars are very difficult to sell at any time probably moreso with the inevitable onset of winter.
That dont mean anything to me ( winter ) I sold my last 3 toys in November , February and September For full ask. If I was in the market for that car the month would make no difference to me.
I agree with Tom. For some reason I always get the old car bug in October! Hard to put a value on this Acadian but if it's as nice in person you couldn't restore it for that.
Checks all the boxes for me. Id have to inspect it in person but the SS with a 4 speed is a rare find. The price asked is a bargain in my opinion.
Being near the end of my 72 Nova SS restoration I can definitely attest to the fact that buying this car at that price is ¼ of the cost of a redo, even with a solid car to start with. Granted there will be some items to address but clean it up as you go and have fun with it!

So is it as good as it looks? Look at the back wheels, both sides, in a couple of the pics. When are people going to stop using their old phones to take second rate pics?
Seller knew enough to highlite the shift knob in 1 pic but doesn't seem to know the make.
Thinking it may be a scam but may have to check it out.
I'd try to check it out.

Can't say whether it's a scam or not, but I can say it looks like the pics were taken in Saint John, which is just a few minutes away from Quispamsis, where it is listed.
Check out the pulp mill and Reversing Falls bridge and train bridge in the background of this Google Maps link, and at the back left of the pic from the ad:
