As an employee/retiree with F*rd, I get a preset discount on vehicles, so where I buy doesn't matter because the price is dictated by the automaker.
I bought my 2012 in a nearby city because that is where it was.
Two years later the engine became very noisy.
That dealer's service department told me that it was a normal sound.
This line may work on some but I think I have played with too many cars to let that one go.
I took it to the F*rd dealership in Dorchester, On.
The mechanic has been there for 30 years.
This is what he found,
New engine for free, under warrantee.
Yes I have told this story before.
This week I decided to replace the Crown Vic, so I only went to one place,
Then I had the Dorchester F*rd dealer bring something in that I liked, from another dealer
Now when my Pontiac is stripped and ready for the body shop, I have a tow vehicle
The wife asked me how much am I asking for the Crown Vic, I just smiled.
It will be a classic one day,
I got a spot for it, for now
On a side note,
Today is the 6th anniversary of me bringing home my 69 Parisienne !
