I have some.  They are impossible to find.

I think the only source nowadays is GM, but in small packages and very expensive.

they are called  GM  "twin-loc" connectors

Where on the car is this connector located?

That looks like the connector for the steering column signal switch where it connects to the body harness. It's likely located on the steering column, part way down under the dash.

You could take that male and the female on the other side and wire them together outside this clip, using 2 regular connectors.

Try this place. I got mine from GM and yes expensive and come in package of 25

same as this place for half the price.
