Floor Insulation/Deadener

I have been working on the floor getting it ready for sound deadener/insulation.

After installing it I found quite a difference tapping the floor as it sure took out the tinny sound.

Lots of work but worth it as I found the factory under mat had held water at some point leaving some surface rust on the floor pans.

I removed the rust and painted the floor with a good coat of Por-15

For a 61 year old Canadian car the floors were in nice shape.

Paul,

if you're looking for a good and less pricey alternative to Dynamat, there's a company out in Lethbridge Alberta that has a good selection of products.

B-Quiet

I've bought product from them before, and they are great to deal with. They'll also send a small sample of their products to you for a small fee.
