It's a rare find Bill, but a word of caution... not to alarm you, but as you might know, the frames on these are pretty susceptible to rust. The side channels from the box just behind the front wheels, and down along the box to the rear can be easily bad.
Have a peek under it with a good light, and poke around when it goes back in storage. If it's all decent, then you can revel in your find!
And we need some good pictures of it. We're dying to see more!

oh you bet first thing after I put back tires on it and load it on the trailer I will be taking lots of pics of the underside..if its really bad I will figure out whats next..the top is so darn good I am hoping the bottom is also
I used to box and put IFS on old 28,29 model A frames in my younger days..it would have to be pretty bad not to be able to save it..although I dont really want to do much to it .I really hope..Iam not young anymore lol
I once did a complete repair on a rusted bare 69 Convertible frame. It was no small task but it came out nice. A labor of love to be sure. He's hoping she's good.

Here's the chassis that's now under my 70 Parisienne. The original was very rotten behind the front wheels.
It was totally disassembled, blasted, primed, painted and reassembled with all new parts. This photo was taken just before the brake & fuel lines were installed.
Here's the real bad spot that was on the original 70 Parisienne chassis, the tranny crossmember was ready to let go. This is the passenger side, but the drivers side wasn't a whole lot better.
darn those frames sure look great body off is really a heck of alot of time and 'work and those who do it I really admire..lol yep I hope my frame isn't like that rusted one may not make it on and off the trailer
Thank you Eric yes I bought a 2+2 emblem on here great deal just cuz I figured on sticking it on the car maybe just for the heck of it so got lucky there but it has 3 pins and was told prob a USA emblem so if I find the holes in the car it might fit anyways..I am excited yet Thinking of how I could keep it ? dont drive the 64 much yet another ? this is a sickness lol
Hi Bill - when I picked up this 2+2 emblem that i sold you the seller had this small pontiac script which appears to match the one that is on the trunk lid of your car . The seller was pretty sure both emblems had come from the same car - I though it was a glovebox emblem so I didn't buy it
From my research most of the US 2+2 emblems seem to have 2 posts - there is one repro version for sale on Ebay and it has two posts.
I used to have a pencil etching of a 69 2+2 trunk lid showing the holes for both the small Pontiac emblem as well as the 2+2 emblem. I haven't seen it in years, I'll do some poking around.
However, I did find this photo of the 2 emblems for a 69 2+2, it shows 2 posts on the 2+2 emblem, quite close together.
I'll have to check the trunk area and should find where the holes were or maybe they are still there had to do that with the 64...want it home so bad I put the dodge 600 convert up for sale theres a fellow who wants it so hoping then I'll have room enough ..its darn cold to be putting rims and tires on the back and loading the car ect but thinking the excitment will keep me warm and the body not hurt so much lol fingers crossed
69 2+2 would have had a choice of motors, I presume a selection from 350, 396 & 427. I don't think 307 was in the mix, but our 1969 experts can provide more info.
Bill. Seen the FB post. Bare minimum for your car is a 350. The engine options, I may stand corrected, 250hp 350 2bbl, 300hp 350 4bbl, 265hp 396 2bbl, 335hp 427 and 390hp 427 both 4bbl. Dual exhaust was an option on all engines except for the 390hp.
I don't think there was ever a 307 engine installed in a Canadian B body Pontiac in the 68-73 era that Chevy used it. Someone is welcome to prove me wrong though.

lol yep dont know if its the org 350 in it or not ? but you fellows here have taught me what to look for...so thankfull came on site looking for a horn button and a trunk emblem and because of the great guys here I have them and have learn't so much..even how to post pics lol kinda of lol
Why do you need a horn button? The one in the photo looks correct.

'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Good thing I didn't find that car first, or its body would have wound up on my 427 4spd 2+2 convertible chassis I will likely wind up spending 5X what this car cost in rust repair rebuilding mine piece by piece! But in the end I'm glad I didn't rebody, and that the car will stay "original". Would have been quite a shortcut though!
